There have been so many new developments in the game recently. The Market Place was added, the long-awaited photo booth made it's first appearance, new furry friends were released, the Chloe Show began, and the fountain prizes changed just to name a few.There has been much excitement and discovery in BABV surrounding all of the changes. Question of the Week 7/20

There is another "free" gift promotion coming up (messenger bag), and that means many are planning another trip to the dear old BABW store. What do you think about the free gift with purchase promotions? They certainly draw customers back to the store and give online traders and collectors something to get excited about. Are you one who jumps at the opportunity for the free gifts or dislikes the idea? Do you like the virtual gifts better than their tangible counterparts or vice versa? Any thoughts?

Question of the week 7/13

Years back, my girls and I were in a local Build-A-Bear Workshop. As we waited in line to stuff their furry friends, we watched two girls in front of us stuff a pair of bears. I watched and quickly zoned in to what was going on. One of the girls was moving to a different state, and the friends were making bears for each other. When it came time to put the hearts in their bears, both girls reached into their pockets and each pulled out a folded piece of paper. The papers along with the hearts went into the bears. I'll never know what was on those papers, but I know those bears are special. Do you have a special Build-A-Bear? Maybe it has something stuffed inside it, maybe somebody gave it to you, maybe it was a lucky find at a garage sale, a souvenir from a vacation, or a deal from an online auction? We've had a few weeks now to learn about the party rooms and all that comes with them. Many have been invited to the virtual celebrations. Most of us here at BABV Quest know our way around Bearville as well as we do our own neighborhoods. We know where all of the silver arrows lead, we can decipher some of the most creative BABV lingo, and we can mix and match some pretty crazy outfits. We’re regulars and proud of it. Now think back to the time when you were in Build-a-Bear Workshop making a furry friend and heard of Bearville for the first time. Maybe the Bear Builder mentioned it to you, maybe you read the yellow paper for information. What would have been most helpful to learn about Buildabearville during that visit?
